Once your group has registered and scheduled a collection, here is the outline for that operation.

- A school representative or regional representative works with our staff to organize the first collection
- Dates are chosen and supplies are ordered
- Materials are sent to the program administrator (school Representative or organization representative)
- Representative distributes materials to the school or organization
- Teachers – class parent – or club leader passes out collection envelopes to students or members
- Broadcast emails, broadcast phone calls and news letters alert the parents of the collection
- Student or club member give the envelopes to their parents – family – friends and neighbors
- Gift cards are put in the envelopes and sealed
- Student or club member returns to sealed envelope to school or club
- Administrator collects envelopes from class rooms or club meetings and puts them in a pre-addressed shipping box
- NBA-E arranges for a pick-up and the package is shipped to one of the processing centers we use
- Process center logs in the box for the school or group and initiates the transaction process converting the gift card to cash
- Process center distributes appropriate funds based upon collections of each school or group
NBA-E covers all cost of supplies for collecting and shipping the gift cards. We never charge a registration fee, association fees or supply fees.
